Thank-yous from Clients:
"I think you do a wonderful job and I wish I could see you far more often. You are very attentive, the surroundings are quiet and relaxing and your table is very comfortable." — Matt
"Thanks
again for working on me today. I am still carrying feelings of peaceful
bliss from the massage. :)
I have been dealing with some grief issues and this is better than I have
felt in weeks. Your space was very comfortable, and your style was amazing--this
justifies my decision not to seek out more impersonal spas. I feel that
I have been more thoroughly massaged than usual--your vacuum cleaner analogy
is apt :) Your own comfort with bodies and love of the work are very apparent.
Yep...can't say enough. I will definitely be contacting you again when the need arises. I hope that you will be available in a couple months or so." — Mara
"I really want to thank you for the wonderful massage you gave me! It was just wonderful and just perfect! There is no way it could have been improved upon. I am tempted to buy one for my son-in-law. He enjoys a good massage, himself. But, I felt so comfortable with you. Your questions really helped." — Robin
"Thanks for a wonderful experience! I truly enjoyed meeting you." — Alexa
"I'm happy to give you some "consumer" feedback on the work you've done on me (2 massages in recent months), which will hopefully be useful in some way. My initial and subsequent impressions were the same: you're smart, professional, friendly, easy to be with, knowledgeable about the body and posture and musculoskeletal stress. Perhaps most important, you seem to have good boundaries about the therapist-client relationship: you don't use conversation to make the session all about yourself (some therapists do, unintentionally). I particularly benefited from the stretches you showed me. About the draping issue -- to me, being naked under your hands is totally important to the experience, and very freeing without being sexual, exactly, or crossing the necessary boundaries. Your attitude about that is a big part of what sets you apart from other therapists in Chicago, and I think it's great. I bet a lot of clients are, like me, relaxed and refreshed by that kind of intimacy." — Peter
